Can I apply for exclusivity in my region or country?

Can multiple partners operate in the same country?

Only if the region is divided geographically or by vertical (e.g., clinical vs. consumer). Most partners receive full-country exclusivity if performance benchmarks are met.

How are the kits shipped and fulfilled?

We handle all manufacturing and logistics. Kits can be shipped to your central location, or drop-shipped directly to your customers, depending on the commercial model.

What's your turnaround time for results?

Once samples arrive at our lab, results are typically returned within 10–14 business days, with faster timelines for bulk submissions or enterprise partners.

Do I need regulatory clearance to distribute?

Regulatory requirements vary by region, and you will be responsible for adhering to local governing laws.
