Dr. Helen Messier has dedicated most of her career to harnessing data to bridge the  translational gap in medicine. She has cultivated a unique expertise in seamlessly  integrating multi-omic data and digital health technologies into real-world clinical care, to  enable patients to realize the beneficial potential of biomedical technologies.

Dr. Messier holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Genetics and a Ph.D. in Molecular Immunology from the University of Alberta. Following her doctoral studies,  she completed post-doctoral studies at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology  in San Diego, CA, and received her MD from the University of Calgary. She is certified  in family medicine.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Messier has left an indelible mark as a notable innovator  and healthcare entrepreneur. Alongside her roles on various medical and scientific  advisory boards, she founded a national network of concierge medical practices in  Canada, served as the Medical Director of Genomics at Human Longevity Inc, and  played a pivotal role as the inaugural Chief Medical Officer of Viome.

In her current role as the Chief Medical and Science Officer at Fountain Life, Dr.  Messier is delighted to bring her extensive experience and profound knowledge to  further advance her mission in expanding proactive and preventative medicine. In  addition to leading the company’s clinical and scientific programs, Dr Messier is  establishing Fountain Life University, to train Fountain Life certified practitioners and  lead the effort to gain insights and publish findings from Fountain Life’s vast amount of data.

Dr. Sanjeev Goel is the lead physician at Kennedy Medical Centre (KMC) for past 20+ years as well founder and CEO of Peak Human, an anti-aging and regenerative medicine practice.

Dr. Vincent C. Giampapa, MD, is a world-renowned medical doctor, inventor, and surgeon specializing in anti-aging medicine. He is one of the first Board Certified anti-aging physicians in the world. He is a co-founder of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the first president of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Dr. Giampapa is the founder of the Regenerative Medicine Institute (RMI), located in Costa Rica, and is a visiting scholar at the Paul F. Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Giampapa was nominated for a Nobel Prize in both 2014 and 2015 for his groundbreaking research into cellular restoration technology. He received an Edison Award for developing the first epigenetic nutritional supplement and an A4M Science & Technology Award for developing the BioMarker Matrix Profile -- the first computer program to measure aging. He served as a Nasa consultant for the space shuttle robotic arm and has been awarded 24 patents from the United States Government for unique cell culture delivery techniques, stem cell reprogramming, new drug delivery systems, and surgical instrument designs.

Dr. Giampapa is the author of five books on health and longevity and the first medical textbook on Anti-Aging Medicine and Age Management. Based on 34 years of surgical experience and 25 years of research, Dr. Giampapa is passionate about extending healthy life spans with enhanced functions. Dr. Edwin Lee is recipient of the Alan Mintz award, an endocrinologist, author and international speaker. Dr. Lee founded the Institute for Hormonal Balance, Orlando, FL in 2008, is board certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, and has completed special training in Regenerative and Functional Medicine.  He is a graduate of the Medical College of Pennsylvania and finished his 2 fellowships (Critical Care and Endocrinology) at the University of Pittsburgh. He is the author of many books and the latest one is The Fountain of Youth with Peptides. He has published in peer reviewed journals and currently is the assistant professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and is passionate in trying to reduce biological age in his patients. Dr. Lee is a co-founder of Clinical Peptide Society and also stated a non-for-profit organization SavePeptides.org to save peptides from the FDA.

Pamela Wartian Smith, M.D., MPH, MS spent her first twenty years of practice as an emergency room physician in a level 1 trauma center with the Detroit Medical Center and then 29-years as a Functional/Personalized Medicine specialist. She is an internationally known speaker and author. She also holds a master’s in public health degree along with a master’s degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine. Dr. Smith is in private practice and is the senior partner for The Center For Precision Medicine with offices in Michigan and Florida. She has been featured on CNN, PBS, and many other television networks, has been interviewed in numerous consumer magazines and has hosted two of her own radio shows. Dr. Smith was one of the featured physicians on the PBS series “The Embrace of Aging” as well as the on-line medical series “Awakening from Alzheimer’s” and “Regain Your Brain”. Dr. Pamela Smith is the co- director of the Personalized Medicine Certification at The Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida. She is the author of fourteen best-selling books. Her book: What You Must Know About Women’s Hormones, 2 nd edition was released in 2022. Her book, Maximize Your Male Hormones, was released in 2023 and her book What You Must Know About Thyroid Disorders, 2 nd edition, was released late last year. Her newest book, How to Prevent Breast Cancer: Before and After, is due out in January, 2025.

Darshan Shah, MD, is a health and wellness specialist, board-certified surgeon, published author, entrepreneur, and founder of Next Health, the world's first and largest Health Optimization and Longevity clinic. With expertise in all body systems, he has performed over 20,000 surgical procedures, including trauma surgery and complex reconstructive procedures. Dr. De has devoted most of his life to the study of human potential, including a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Doctorate in Medicine, Master in Business Administration, and a research fellowship in General Surgery and the Metabolic Institute at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Jeffrey Gladden, chronologically 70 (Feb 28th 2024), has a mosaic of biological ages ranging as low as his mid-20s, with the majority in his 30s and 40s.
