Click here to get started. Register online using the email address you want designated as your primary account contact — this cannot be changed once set. Your account will be reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours, at which point you'll receive a notification and can begin ordering immediately. You can also add staff or additional users to your account once it's active.
Both options are available. Kits can be ordered in bulk to your clinic or shipped directly to patients at their home address. You select the fulfillment method at the time of order through the provider portal.
TruAge and TruHealth require a small dried blood spot collected via a simple finger prick using the lancet and blood spot card included in each kit. Collection is typically completed in-office; the kit may also be shipped directly to the patient when appropriate. Follow test-specific collection guidance included with each kit.
Results are typically available approximately 2–4 weeks from the date the lab receives the sample. You can track kit and sample status in real time through the provider portal. Results are delivered directly to the ordering provider via the portal.
Retesting cadence depends on the patient's clinical situation:
Active care plan, intervention, or optimization protocol: every 3 months, or aligned to care plan milestones.
Ongoing monitoring or stable follow-up: every 6 months.
Long-term maintenance after goals are achieved: annually or as clinically appropriate.
Best practice: schedule retesting during the results review visit to create a clear follow-up plan.
TruDiagnostic results are methylation-derived estimates — not direct serum or urine measurements. They provide a complementary layer of biological insight that reflects longer-horizon patterns. Use conventional labs for immediate clinical decisions. Use epigenetic results for risk orientation, identifying system-level patterns, and tracking biological change over time. Discordance between an epigenetic signal and a conventional lab doesn't mean either is wrong — they're measuring different things at different time scales.
