I'm 67 but feel much younger and my test results indicate I'm moving in the right direction. My Intrinsic age is 60, Extrinsic is 57 Pace is 1.04, Telomere length has increased to 6.92Kb which puts me at 62. So all my markers except Pace (which has improved since the previous test) all indicate that what I'm doing is helping :-) If you don't measure it, you can't manage it. I've been using this test for a few years now. It's consistent with other epigenetic tests from other companies that I use. My epigenetic age is much higher than my chronologic age on all these tests, probably from bad habits earlier in life. But this bodes well for these particular epigenetic markers (the fact that they are all reporting the same outlier results). I'm on the right track for the past few years (diet and exercise), hopefully not too late!
